Home Prices Continue to Sizzle

CoreLogic Home Price Insights (HPI) reported today that home prices did heat up this year.  Across the country prices rose by 7% from September 2016 to September 2017.  The numbers also showed an increase from August to September of this year by .09%.  These figures include distressed sales.

Dallas Home Prices Continue to Rise

Dallas home prices have been on the move higher for sometime, and continue to rise.  Dallas is one of the hottest markets in the nation.


Today, CoreLogic reported home prices have risen from December 2015 to 2016 by 7.2%.  The Dallas market place has seen a rise of 6.6% according to the report.

Home Buying Season and Housing Demand Heats Up

The home buying season has begun and home buying is back in vogue.  Buyers are out in mass looking for their dream home, but they can’t find it!  The demand for housing has remained strong, nearly busting at the seams, but inventory levels have dropped below historic levels and below the level of a “normal” housing market.
